The location of Alloggi Serena is quiet and easy to find, even at night from the Rive de Basilo Vapperetto stop. They offer a lot of meal choices for breakfast, including coffee, bread, yoghurt, and cheese. - the room I stayed in was great value for the price, with a private bathroom, all for £71.

The breakfast is gorgeous, and the location is unbeatable so close to Italy, Santa Lucia train station, and cafe's and eateries and transportation. It has superbly friendly employees. Will come back as our stay was nice.

The location of the B&B is perfect, situated in a very good area close to everything. It is very convenient as it is very close to water buses and within walking distance of the train station. the room is the right size for a city break and is cleaned daily. the air conditioning works well, providing much-needed relief from the hot weather. the staff is friendly and accommodating, offering tea or coffee even after breakfast hours. the B&B offers a Venetian charm and has a mini-fridge in the room.
The bathroom was not as clean as expected.

After having notified management that I'd arrive early, I had to locate a phone somewhere to get someone to open the place up at half past nine. I know Venice is expensive, but amenities here felt a little spare. The room was very dark. Brace yourself with a good map in anticipation of the maze of Venetian alleyways and canals.

It was a good location for a good price. Nothing luxurious, but for a student on a budget it was the right price for the right quality of service. The staff was friendly and the room had a view of the ocean and was very clean. Not a very big room but met our needs. It was also quite easy to figure out how to get to the center of Thessaloniki from where we were (as it is located just outside in Perea). It's not quite a touristic area so don't expect souvenir shops or fancy restaurants. It's a Greek coastal town so there are only locals for the main part. But it's a good place to get away for a while and relax.
